I don't know what situation you may find yourself in. And regardless if you're an athlete, a coach,

a business professional, a student, it doesn't matter what domain or what you do, it is very difficult.

Life is hard. Competition is hard. Business is hard. School is very difficult. And whoever you are, wherever you are, you're going to encounter a difficult situation. Now, today's invitation is to realize there are some things you can control about your situation and some

things you cannot control about your situation. My invitation to you today is to really assess

and to take stock of what you can control. I don't mean to be trite. I don't mean it to be

basic. We hear this all the time, but sometimes we need that reminder.

What can you control about your situation?

And also, just as important, in some cases more important, what do you need to ignore?

What is pulling your attention?

What is pulling your focus that there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.

It's important to identify and notice notice, hey, I'm focusing way too much on this thing. I have absolute no control over.

Identify it. Bring your attention right back to things you can't control. Have a great day.
