It is short-term easy is long-term hard, and short-term hard is long-term easy. Now, the basic gist of this

comes from a quote from Jersey Gregorick that says easy decisions hard life

hard decisions easy life now the simple principle behind that is if you want the easy road and do

what's easy today it's easy not to work out it's easy not to eat healthy it's easy not to read it's easy not to work out. It's easy not to eat healthy. It's easy not to read. It's easy not to do

the things that is required to be successful. If you just do the easy thing, life is going to be hard

in the future. It's going to be hard on the health. It's going to be hard on finances. It's going to be

hard on relationships. However, if you inverse that and you do the hard thing now, the hard thing to go work out, the hard thing to eat right, the hard thing to do what is right is going to lead to a better or another in this case, an easier life down the road. And obviously, easy as relative.

We're all going to have problems. It's not going to be a perfect life, but it's going to give you

benefits, greater benefits if you do the hard thing now. So rather than put that hard thing off,

I think you're dreading doing my invitation to you today. My challenge to you today is to do that hard thing.

Do the hard thing because it will lead to a better life, better performance, an easier route.

Easy decisions today lead to a hard life.

Hard decisions today lead to an easy life.
