There is power in pausing, taking time to be still to help you with your decision-making process.

Sometimes things speed up.

We want to go fast.

We want to be efficient.

We want to accomplish a lot and go to bed, feeling productive, feeling like that we

conquered what we set to conquer.

However, what can happen sometimes is we can begin to rush. We can begin to hurry. And in the process of

rushing and speeding and trying to get a lot done, we end up missing things. We don't take things

into consideration. We go too fast and even miss the joy of being present and being in the moment, not just performance.

Things go by so fast and we don't have the opportunity to enjoy and embrace the here and the now.

So today's episode, today's reminder is a simple reminder to be fully present.

And if you're thinking to yourself, well, Justin, you don't know my situation.

You don't know how busy I am.

You don't know how many, you don't know my work situation.

You don't know my boss.

You don't know me.

And I would say you're absolutely right.

I don't know you.

I don't know your situation.

But I do know that taking a few seconds to take a deep breath and a pause will help you.

No matter what your situation is, no matter what circumstances you find yourself in.
