on my Instagram, I posted a quote from Kobe Bryant, a video of Kobe Bryant. And he was asked,

what separates the best in the world from everyone else. And he said, love. Those who are the best in the world from everyone else. And he said love. Those who are the best in the world

love what they do. And he goes on to say that it's not rocket science. When you love what you do,

you're willing to just do it. You study more. You work more. You do everything you can because

you deeply love it. And you don't love it because of the status.

You don't love it because of the money. You don't love it because of the championships.

You love it because you deeply care about it. And the thing that you're doing, these are my own words,

the thing that he's saying the things that you're doing, the thing that you do is the reward itself. We've talked about a

concept on this podcast many times called an auto-teleck experience, auto meaning self, telos,

telic meaning goals. So the task is the goal itself. Some people work out because they want the reward. They want the byproduct.

Other people work out because they love to work out. Some people read for the byproduct of

knowledge. Some people read because they just love to read. They love it. And so when you find

something that you truly love to do for the sake of that

task itself that is when all of the other things are going to follow so find what you love

do what you love and everything else the focus the determination the, all of that will be a byproduct of you

doing what you absolutely love.
