Today we are talking about competence. Not confidence, but competence. I'll never forget.

A professional athlete once told me that he used to chase confidence, but he ended up realizing that chasing confidence is like chasing a feeling.

to your craft. Embracing the boredom of consistency. Do everything you can to keep an open mind to learn

to get better, to get sharper. You might not feel like it. It might be boring. You might have to

work on things that are outside of your comfort zone, but it's worth it. And it's the only way you can be truly competent at what you do.
