Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the Increase Your Impact Podcast. I'm Justin Sue,

episode 1,716. Life is a series of experiments. And what I mean by that is we don't truly know how things are

going to turn out. And a lot of times we're getting advice by people that tell us to try

this, to do that, this will lead to success. This will help you be happy. But the reality of

the situation is you are you and what works for someone else might not work for you. And what

worked for you in the past might not work for you. And what worked for you in the past

might not work for you right now. What worked for you last week might not work for you right now.

Things are constantly ebbing and flowing. Life is volatile. It's uncertain. It's complex. It's

chaotic. It's ambiguous. It's you just don't know what's going to happen. But you have the power to figure it out.

Figure things out. And you don't want to underestimate your ability to figure it out.

You will need some guidance. You will need some coaching. We all do. We all do.

But what you need more than anything is to put in the work, to have patience, to study patterns,

to see how you interact with things.

And as you consistently show up and you consistently produce and you consistently examine your situation and learn from what the environment is giving you, you'll

gradually find pieces to the puzzle. Not anyone else's puzzle, your puzzle. And so this requires

you to struggle at times,

to fail at times. But no matter what is thrown your way, whether you fail or succeed,

you want to adjust, you want to learn to adapt. And you also want to enjoy the process along

the way. You are going to be able to figure things out. No one needs to save you.

No one needs to pull you out. Some of the best lessons are learned in the midst of the struggle

in the midst of the figuring it out process. And here's a little hint. The figuring it out

process is never ending. Now for some of you that's scary but for others it's so
