Good morning and welcome to the Increase Your Impact podcast. Justin Suitt here. Episode 1,687. I'm talking a little bit quieter today. I'm recording this really late families asleep, but we got to get this episode out. Today what I want to talk about is considering the best case scenario.

Your mind is naturally going to go towards the worst case scenario.

You're going to think about everything wrong happening.

You're going to think about all the bad stuff that's going to happen,

all the negative consequences as a result of the pressure or the performance you're about to go into.

But that's your brain telling you that it's trying to protect you. Your brain is trying to do

everything it can to get to warn you for the bad that might happen. And so what you need to tell your brain is number one, thank you.

And then number two, you need to generate best case scenario.

All the good that can happen.

And just as ridiculous as you get with the worst case scenario,

make sure you get just as ridiculous with the best case scenario

because the reality is you don't know how the future is going to unfold.

It may be the best outcome you could eat possibly imagine, but your mind is naturally going to go towards the worst.

And so today, generate best case scenario.

Consider the great things that are going to happen.

Consider the best version of yourself showing up.

You're going to need those thoughts because you're naturally going to go towards the bad.
