1,686. You cannot underestimate the power of focusing on one thing at a time. Every single day,

we are bombarded with pings and dings and notifications and information and people

is telling us what is right for us, what is wrong for us, differing opinions, even your own

opinions, even your own thoughts of what you need to do, what you have to do, what you should do. And in a midst of

this bombardment of information and the rise of all of the noise around us and the people around

us telling us what is good for us or what we need to be doing,

now more than ever, it's incredibly important to focus on one thing at a time.

Yes, there are many things to do.

You have a lot of things to accomplish.

However, rather than having four, five, six, seven, eight, nine goals, focus on one.

Go all in on one.

What is the next thing you need to take care of?

What do you need to do?

Success is the long-term accumulation of tackling that task right in front of you.

What's the next thing you need to do and focus on that one thing?

And then the next thing.

And then focus on that one thing.

And then the next thing and focus on that one thing until you continue to do and then you're going to look back and realize wow look all I look at

all I accomplished as opposed to bearing yourself in the I need to do this and I need to do this

and I need to do this and fretting over decisions that need to take need to, three, four, five weeks down the road.

You'll cross that bridge when you get there.
