| 1:07.3 | think about, your mind is automatically going to go towards those things. But let me do something right now. I'm wanting you to think about, your mind is automatically going to go towards those things. |

| 1:17.1 | What were all the things you ate yesterday? Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks at the movies, |

| 1:32.8 | Now, if you did that exercise properly, chances are while you were thinking about all the things |
| 1:40.1 | you ate yesterday, you were not thinking about the things that currently stressed you out. |
