| 0:06.3 | And today we're talking about seven principles on how to overcome adversity. It doesn't matter what you do, who you are, what stage of your career or your life that you're in. |

| 0:21.9 | before you face adversity while you're facing it or if you're trying to help somebody else |
| 0:27.9 | who is facing it. So principle number one, see the good and the bad. You want to be that person |
