Before I start this, I want to take a moment to dedicate this anniversary special and this whole

celebration to Declan John Gilgallan and Rick Pepito, two men who contributed to this show

in immeasurable ways, Declan with his music that I still use to this day, and Rick

helping me write season three

and keeping my passion and my love for X-Men going

and continuing to be my partner for season three.

You guys were missed, and this show going forward

will continue to be in your honour,

The In May of 2014, after coming out to the blockbuster movie X-Men Days Future Past, I have an idea.

Earlier in the year, in February, I'd released my first

audio drama where I'd advertised on a website that was then called castingpro.com for actors

where I just said, hey, I can't afford to pay anybody, but if you want to be in this production,

I'm going to do a fan adaptation of Star Trek,

it's going to be sat on the Enterprise B or that kind of stuff, just as something fun.

I'd been to university, I'd been to college where I'd learn script writing and media production

and how to get these kind of casting calls out there, and I got a call team.

And now cut forward to May, June, my X-Men fandom had reached kind of a zenith. I'd read all
