We have so much influence over our own spiritual lives, Cynthia, and I mean that sounds silly to even say, but we have all the influence in that realm. We decide what voices that we want to listen to and which messages get to stay with us.

And maybe this sounds like a big duh to everyone else out there. I don't know. But it's a revolutionary realization to me there is just a whole lot of

inner dialogue that goes into a relationship with God.

at last she said it. I'm Cynthia Wynward and I am here with my

super amiga, Susan Hinckly. How are you, Susan? Hi Cynthia, I'm great. I'm a little bit giddy with

excitement actually. Me too. We've been laughing it up pretty good here as we've been

in the pre-recording discussion. It's our last episode of season four.

I can't believe it. I really can't. I know. The season seem really short and also really long.

20 weeks is like five months. Yeah, it's a long time.

So that's a long time to be on the mic all the time.

So, I'm with you for our season finale we are going to go ahead and

call this episode who's stopping you that kind of has seemed to be a theme I think

more at least the last couple months of our

podcast so why don't you say a little more about that? Well the words actually came

from my husband who I asked him the other day when we were getting ready for a retreat, I said,

what's another way for me to talk to women about giving themselves permission?

I feel like we've said it every possible way we can think of to say it and you just looked at me and said who's stopping you there you go and I thought oh mhm

simple direct it's a great question Cynthia and that's sort of been the theme question of many of our episodes this season.
