It's a really hard question because at this point in my life I am just recognizing how much

I don't know and I'm far more comfortable with what I don't know than what I do.

But I would say given the subject of our discussion today, this is really on my heart. I feel like I know that the more we can self-reflect and

really know ourselves, the more freedom we have in our lives and the more we are able to impact

intentionally the way that we interact in our relationships and in our institutions and then the places around us.
