Oh M G you guys I am so pumped for the season I have been working so hard I've been recording an episode a week

since we went off the air last year and I am so proud of you

I'm so proud on so many occasions and I have loved loved hearing from you guys this year and seeing

you out and about and around.

It's just like, it's so exciting to me this movement that we are making, this community that we're making.

I know that we've inspired other people to start podcasts to continue the movement of transparency and camaraderie and compassion and empathy.

And I'm just, I'm so proud of us all as a community.

So I want to shout out to everyone who went to the meet up on Friday.

Waw-Waw! And the live shout, who-woo! You know, maybe it was a disaster. I'm not sure.

I'm recording this before that happens. So if it was a disaster,

I apologize. If it was a good time, yay for all of us. So excited that we got that done. I'll have more about that next week and you guys,

It's something that I'm so passionate about. We opened

last season with scams. We're opening this season up with exploitation. To me that's just people

not paying you what you're worth and what your value is.
