number 44 looking to score in your acting career with yourself tape may oh my god you guys we are over a thousand self-tapes and that is just

the public ones there are so many of you who are doing private self-tapes you have

tagged me in them I have tried my best to follow you.

And I'm so inspired. I'm just just are you guys so inspired by everybody getting all the work done and just

practicing on whatever it is that you particularly are trying to use a self-ship practice

to work on and work towards.

I'm so excited.

Shout out to Savannah, S Io, V-H-A-N, Christensen, New York actress, I believe,

and I just want to shout out to you girl I'm loving your work and she

posted this great post that I really identified with about just having a long day at work and

wanting to get this self tape done and I just was able to talk with

her through the Instagram about you know having a life that supports your acting career and this is one of my favorite things

about a self-tape practice that if you don't have the energy or the attitude to put in the work, then I think it's unrealistic to expect that you're going

to be able to have the energy and the attitude to put in your work when the real audition comes. So what I love about this practice so much

is that it really challenges you to see

what you're prioritizing in your life

and is the thing that you're prioritizing your career. And you know know you don't have to have it perfect yet you have

some things happen maybe at a day of work and that makes you have some

realizations and then you can adjust it now before those real opportunities really start rolling in.
