C.A. I'll bet that you know that I'm going to ask you a question. I hope that you know. We wanted it to be a surprise, but then people listen to our episodes.

It's not a surprise anymore.

So I'm going to ask you, what do you know?

What is something that you know right now today?

Well, I did have some time to think about it. So I kind of came up with two things and the first one is something that I think I've known through my whole life but just has become more strongly important to me recently.

I feel like I was, I've been a pretty strong and independent woman since I was young and I guess that maybe is thanks to a strong mother and I

believed in personal revelation from a really young age but recently something I

read in the book Untamed by Glenn and Doyle who resonated with me and she said re-examine all that you

have been told in school or church or in any book and dismiss whatever insults your soul.

And so that's kind of been a quote up on my desk

because it just says to me that I get to make choices for myself and I get to decide what things are the things that I'm going to hold onto and hold dear and that that's you know a way to live your life permission to listen to yourself yes exactly that's

kind of hard one in my experience it is so we have to keep reminding ourselves.

So and then the second one is just the easy one, the thing that comes to me and I think it's probably

been shared several other times and that is the most important thing is love.

It's the be all end all and anything that isn't doesn't

resonate with love is probably not right. So I think it's kind of the thing we can always base our lives on.
