Hi Cynthia. Hello Susan. I

woke up this morning and I was so sad because there was not a new episode and so

of course what did we have to do we had to record anyway but that's okay because we had some housekeeping and some things that we wanted to explore at the end of our first season.

So hopefully our listeners can enjoy exploring some of that with us. We are excited to... we are

excited to just share a few thoughts with you ideas we've had as we have put this

podcast together these last several months and then also a call to action we really want some help from our

listeners so exactly exactly and we're calling this non-episodes.

At last we said it.

So let's start, let's kick it off with a top 10 list of things

that we learned in our first season of recording a podcast.

Can you believe we did it, Cynthia?

Can you believe that we actually made it through season one?

We did, and we have the pandemic, maybe, partially

to think for that, because we've had a little extra time and I felt like you know without

having to go to work each day I was like let's do it let's just keep recording and keep putting

our voices out there and so that made it actually a little bit more doable so there's one one tiny little

sliver of happiness that has come out of this it came along at a good time really and I mean might I even say that perhaps our efforts were blessed in this just because of the time that we had been talking about doing it for a long time and then the time presented itself and

so we went ahead and I'm awfully glad that we did. Me too. Okay well let's go we'll do this
