احساسات، مهمترین بخش دنیای فکر محسوب میشن؟ چرا همه ی افکار ما به یک تجربه احساسی متصله؟ آیا پایه همه تصمیمات ما منطق و استدلاله یا احساسات؟ حواس و احساسات زیربنای تمام افکار انسانه و آشنایی با اونها یکی از ضرورت های زندگی ما محسوب میشه. احساسات ما، اعم از خوشایند و ناخوشایند، ترکیبی از حس‌های فیزیکی، شیمیایی، روانی و شناختیه که در اولین تجربه تعامل ما با محیط و اطرافیانمون در هر موضوعی، شکل گرفته و پس از تکرار، همراه با خاطره ی اون واقعه تو ذهن ما نقش بسته. این احساسات بسته بندی شده، معمولا در تمام طول عمر ما موندگار هستند و زیربنای همه احوالات و تصمیم‌گیری‌های ما محسوب میشن. تو اولین اپیزود فصل، نقش عوامل مختلفی مثل هورمون‌ها، عوامل بیرونی، سلامت جسمی و روانی، و افکار رو بر شکل گیری و بروز این احساسات یاد می‌گیریم و سعی می‌کنیم با تربیت و کنترل احساسات از تصمیمات عجولانه و اشتباه جلوگیری کنیم تا در ادامه، واقعی، درست و به جا عمل کنیم.
