0:54.5	I live in Nashville, Tennessee, and our company, AFD, Inc, has an office here in town with an
1:00.6	audio and video recording studio, and that is where the podcast episodes are created.
1:05.8	It's truly my favorite thing to do. And here we are, 12 years later, over 105 million downloads,
1:13.6	over a thousand episodes, and it feels like we are in our best days. We release a new episode
1:21.4	every Monday, except three times a year. We don't do a show during Holy Week, during the week
1:27.3	of Fourth of July, and during the week of Fourth of July,
1:28.4	and during the week of Christmas. And then once a month, we also have a Thursday show on top of
1:34.1	our Monday shows. I'll tell you about that later. And then randomly, technically at my whim,
1:39.7	we drop bonus episodes. We dive deep, but we also live up to our name. That sounds fun.
