Come on. What situation do you have that you need God to interrupt? You know what? Prayer is an

interruption into Satan's plan.

I'm Joyce Meyer, and I believe that God can heal you everywhere you hurt.

I really have had a push the last couple of years to try to get people to want to study the Bible more so than just read the Bible. And it is amazing

what can be in one verse if you really drill down into it and bring it out. Now obviously, there's probably

a hundred lessons in the book of Ephesians i can't get to all of them but i can

share a lot of powerful things this weekend that i believe are going to be life-changing and

practical to you now let me tell you about the book of Ephesians and why it is so important

it's broken up into six chapters.

And the first three chapters are all about how much God loves us.

We're saved by grace.

We're chosen by him.

He forgives us.

He gives us mercy. And it goes through that in different ways, what our

inheritance is in Christ, who we are in Christ, who we are in Him over and over and over in the first

three chapters. Then chapters four, five, and six, he makes a transition. This is the Apostle Paul. And he starts talking about so now in light of who we are in Christ, this is how we should behave. And then the whole rest of them, four, five and six are all about behavior, behavior, behavior, behavior, behavior, don't do this, don't do that, do that, don't do that, don't do that do this don't do that don't do that

don't do that don't do that and if we can learn that we do what's right out of our relationship with

God we don't do what's right to get a relationship with him. We do what's right because we have a relationship with him.

We do what's right because he is so good and amazing that it just makes us want to please him.

We want to do what he wants us to do. So it doesn't become what the Bible calls works of the flesh, which is us trying to get something from God. We're not behaving well to get something from God. Even tonight when I ask you to give in the offering, you didn't have to do that to get something from God.
