It's bustling.

It is full of people.

And the reason that we are here today is because it's so important to Joyce and to Joyce

and to Joyce Mayer Ministries and our outreach arm, Hand of Hope, that we go everywhere today is because it's so important to Joyce and to Joyce Mayor Ministries

and our outreach arm hand of hope that we go everywhere God opens the door. And there are some

amazing doors opening right here, right now, and we want you to be part of it. Nepal is as rich

in beauty as it is in vibrant color and culture.

Yet many of its people face significant challenges.

With a population of over 30 million, those scattered throughout its rugged terrain struggle

to find consistent sources of clean drinking water.

The same scarcity presents itself in the area of health care,

with only nine physicians and three hospital beds per 10,000 people.

Human trafficking also presents itself a formidable enemy.

Nepali women and girls are at high risk of trafficking,

and it's estimated over 23,000 are trafficked every year.

The needs of the heart are great as well,

and it is our joy to extend the love of Christ,

as well as do what we can to relieve physical suffering.

This certainly doesn't look like a location that you would expect for an outreach to women in the sex trade.
