One of the reasons I think all three of us are quite successful is we don't have an idea and then push it.

We always listen to feedback and then adapt as the feedback comes in, right?

Sometimes you have an idea and this is just what you want to do and this is my idea.

Your ego is so attached to that idea that you stop growing.

You're so focused on the thing that you want that you're not listening to the feedback that's there.

out of Montreal and I am out of Orlando today just getting back from Mexico, amazing trip.

And we're going to discuss today something that we actually have been doing for a while and we never really mentioned it,

which is start our own private equity fund and pretty excited about that.

It's a $50 million fund divided up into two.

We're going to discuss why we've done that in a second.
