Today we're talking about slumps. Are you in a slump right now? What is that?

A time in your life when everything just feels like at a pause, like you're walking through mud, like limbo.

Nothing is changing. Things are feeling pretty down and out, but first, Hey, Scotty. Hey guys.

Remember when we used to sing that song, sitting here in limbo? Yes. I do. Very, very, very, yes.

Sure. One of our, I think when you're married, you might go through slumps together.

Yeah. And so we had a slump and I remember you would sing that all the time. All the time.

I've, you know, it's good that I actually got the song out of my head.

Oh, sorry. Because if we get back in my head, I'm going to be singing it.

It's a terrible mantra. But you would sing it all the time. It was very applicable.

It was just, it's kind of like, you know, we were just in a spot where we're just kind of waiting and waiting and waiting for things to happen.

Yeah. And, you know, the best way out of limbo is of course to just do it yourself.

Make your own magic. Make your own magic. So that's, you know, that's what we started to do when then limbo went away.

Yeah. But that was the lesson. That was a lesson. Yeah. From the slump, which is we're going to talk about how to do that in your own life.

Yeah. But they're unavoidable. They're inevitable. They happen.

Yes. And I do want to highlight some people that were in slumps and you're going to talk about slumps.

And then we're going to talk about Mr. Michaela, spiritual family members that are right now in slumps.
