I am your Phyllis leader, Marco Kuzlowski, and I'm joined today with Gabriel Areschen Frank Galuchil,

And today, we're going to give our final, perhaps semi-final, chime and chirps on tenants,

and what do they do if they destroy your place? Because I know in different areas, you have different

remedies. First, we'll talk about what happens in Canada, where we're all from. If tenant

destroys a property, what the heck we can do, and what our remedies are in the United States,

if the same thing happens, because there are different remedies based on different geographical

locations, and we can discuss them. Now, I should say it's not a matter of, if your tenant

will be destroying things, it's a matter of when your tenants will be destroying things.

Well, actually, maybe we should start with why would they destroy things before you get in?
