I've been traveling a lot, helping promote the book, Live Happy 10 Practices for choosing joy, having a great time. But my favorite part of Live Happy is getting to talk to guests on Live Happy now and hanging out with J.R. in the studio. We have a great time. We do. We do have a great time.
