Thanks for joining us today. Debra, thanks for hosting us at Live Happy. Yeah, it's exciting to have you in the podcast studio today. We usually do these over the phone. It's really exciting to have an actual live guest. Well, it's fun to be here and have the

most fun meeting a lot of your staff and crew. You can see why they're happy. It's hard not to be happy when you're surrounded by people who are trying to make the world a happier place. It's a fun environment. We have a lot of fun here at the office, and I'm glad it shows when people come visit. Well, we're delighted to be here.

Dr. Robin, tell us a little bit about what it is that you're about in life.

You know, I'd say the biggest thing about is small changes lead to big shifts, whether it's around food, whether it's around exercise, whether it's around thoughts you're having. You always say that we have a good committee and a bad committee, and you've got to keep putting in the good stuff to outweigh the bad stuff that's happening. And that's one reason why I love Live Happy. I love the messaging. I love the website. I love the emails I get, the podcasts, the little videos, all the wonderful things you guys are doing here really helps me share with my clients things they can do because people need resources. You guys are a great resource. Well, thank you. You know, one of the things that, you know, I thought of when you were saying that was, you know, there's research Barbara Fredrickson's done that really shows that we need, even in relationships, we need about 80% of our contact per day to be positive and not just to outweigh the rest of the negative. So for every one negative interaction we have, we need seven to eight positive interactions.

So it really resonates with me when you start talking about filling yourself up with the positive.
