We are continuing a little bit of a Bachelor theme for these last couple episodes.

Not necessarily talking about the Bachelor but talking to women from the show.

So in today's episode we're going to talk to Ashley Spivey who was on season 15 of the Bachelor.

And she honestly, we've hung out a few times, she lives in New York.

And I've just loved following her.

She knows all the download on everything and is just like so strong.

She talks openly about like her struggles with abusive relationships and sexual assault

that she experienced in college and she just is so outspoken and is such a role model

for young women who are struggling like standing up for themselves.

And so I'm really, really excited to have her on to kind of share more about these experiences

and she's just an all around like wonderful lady that I'm so happy that Bachelor World has put me in contact with.
