So I want to share with you guys another episode where I was a guest on someone else's podcast

and today's episode I was on Adderalland Compliments, which is hosted by Annabelle Desisto, who

actually met on the Adam Corolla podcast back when my season of the Bachelor had just

finished and Annabelle and I were guests on there to recap this season and talk about

my time on the show.

And she was just like hilarious and absolutely loved her and then she has her own podcast

Adderalland Compliments where she covers different bravo shows and pop culture and sex

and dating and she talks a lot about her mental health as well on her podcast.

And she actually used to be a writer for Joan Rivers on Fashion Police and it's just

like all around funny and great and I loved recording this episode with her.

We were really light and funny and then we got a bit deep.

I feel like I got a little bit in the zone.

We talked about self confidence and how to cope with social media when it's being really

negative and how to just deal with your own negative self talk.

A little bit of bachelor talk in the beginning.

And of course, another reason why I love Annabelle, she is also a cat mom.

So we definitely bonded over being cat moms.
