Summary

Many people think that wholesaling is a quick and easy way to make money in the real estate industry if you have the knowledge in remarketing a real estate property. For some that are starting in the business consider wholesaling as a viable option because it requires lesser amount of funds and doesn't need financing for a property. There can be some advantages but it can't be the easiest way if you're not ready to take risks and not willing to give an effort. In this episode, Marco and his co-hosts discuss the disadvantages and cons of wholesaling, and the possible risks if you're not going to educate yourself about its processes.
