Hello there. It is Monday. I'm Andrew Carter. Here is the chipping forecast, the podcast, which takes a look at the world of golf, where this week we're going to update you on all that's happening in the sport, news, scores, facts. Golf is a serious business and deserves respectful,

serious treatment. Now, last week, Ian Carter, who will meet in a moment, put out a social

media post to promote this pod and branded it self-indulgent. That was in promoting this post. But I suppose he's right.

So we're different this week. We're going to be serious. And if we stray from that path,

playing a pointless song about a cheese tax or talking about Ronnie Corbett flicking the Vs,

that sort of thing. Well, each of us has been given by our bosses a shock collar to keep us

If I'm being brutally honest, yeah, struggling with the old winter cold a little bit,

so I apologise for the state of my voice. But the one thing that is

keeping me going today, Andrew, is that the saliva that flows now will become the tears of

joys tomorrow. Yes, we'll come on to that nonsense from Machie Pavel and his hand art and his
