First, retail or assets on the MLS or multiple listing service

properties represented by agents and they represent sellers to get as much as they can for their clients.

Now do you think someone wanting the best highest price for their client is the best

place to get discounted properties? Nope. That's for consumers and consumers

consume. They see the price tag, they buy it, no questions asked, and even pay more than it's listed for now if you live in

hot markets like California or others you know what I'm talking about bidding wars
