I'm doing well. I have to give you that introduction since like you just gave me like

you know like a mini therapy session for helping me with my feelings on my dog who I'm going to have to say goodbye to this weekend I think that's so hard I know know. What do I say I think? Yeah, that's so hard when you have to make the decision.

I know. It feels so bad for them. For me it feels like they don't even know that it's coming sort of thing and like I feel like I'm playing God and

That's what I feel like

And you know we've talked on here about how when you're stressed your ability to make

decisions and the energy that you have to make decisions isn't there like you it's

less and your ability to make decisions diminished and I have to make like the ultimate decision and it feels like

you just aren't in the place to do that so you know I'm just asking everybody I know and everybody's like

yeah this is kind of the time but it just feels so hard no matter what so

thank goodness I have our grief episodes to fall back on because I'll just

listen to those on the plane ride to Florida after I say goodbye to my baby.

Oh God. Yeah. That's it's just, there's no avoiding that grief and sadness.

There's no like reframing this.

You just sort of have to feel it and talk about it and get through it

and say goodbye so hard.

And I thought I was adopting a senior dog eight years ago.
