ate a banana really fast. Excuse me. And I was telling her about the

spotting that I was having in the Dominican and I was like, I have never experienced this in my

life. And she was saying that I was convinced that it was, you know, my body is so malnourished. It is so much in shock

because I didn't even have my supplements. So I was literally just eating bread and cheese and

like it was awful. Anyways, she was like, usually the spotting is because of progesterone. I think it was low progesterone.
