Summary

Panic Attacks often happen to people, and most commonly women, in their early 20’s and 30’s and since Lauren has been developing a panic disorder as well as so many other people out there, the girls thought it would be helpful to talk to a psychiatrist to discuss symptoms, solutions, medications and therapeutic techniques to overcome these very scary episodes.
