you have always wanted. All right, welcome to the first solo episode of 2022. And the title of this one is OMG. It's 2022. Randomly, I had a little bit of a mini

depression before Christmas. It was like a week before Christmas. And I remember thinking like,

oh my God, my in-laws are coming. I'm going to be like a bump on the log, bump on a log.

Anyways, it ended up being fine. And luckily, I recovered and was back to normal after I did like

a ton of thinking and reflecting and wondering why I was feeling so down. So I made a list and I made a

post on Instagram about things that I wanted to change and things that I thought would make me

happier and put me in a better mood, you know, thinking about what I should be focusing on more so than social
