So bear with me. Also, this gets a little messed up, so yeah, hold on. It's a bumpy ride. Hold on to your horses, Riley. So I don't really know how to start this, but here I go. I'm a 19 female, but most of all, this happened in the past, and I can't get it out of the, and I can't get it out of my head. I have a really strong idea that family is everything and the feelings I have hurt my core. My mom and dad split when I was eight. And ever since then, my dad has been jumping from girl to girl until he met a girl. I'll call Jay. Jay was the only person I have ever called mom besides my real mother. And she will probably be the last. They were together for almost five years, I think. Details are foggy. I've lived with my mom and visited my dad for the entire time my parents were split until I moved to college recently. But Jay and my dad were what I thought was a match made in heaven. My dad managed to buy her a ring and asked her to marry her. I loved baking so I asked if I could make them their cake. This will be semi-important later.

Anyway, they didn't have the money right away for the wedding, so they pushed it off for a while. This is where my brother comes in. My brother lives a few states away for most of his life. I was told, I don't trust most of the things I'm told for my dad, Jay or my brother anymore, that my brother was in a bad relationship. And when it came to Thanksgiving time, my brother called my dad crying because my brother was left by his girlfriend on the side of the

road so she could go to our family Thanksgiving. Oh my God. That's so sad. Oh, Jay being the nice

girl I thought she was, hopped into the car with my dad to go get him, to go get him. They drove more

than five hours to

get him and took him home with them. Buckle up because this is where it gets interesting.
