1:00.7 | But is all every single hurt valid or are some hurts like things that we could work on ourselves? |

1:13.6 | Yeah, yeah, I think, you know, I've kind of been using this framework of legitimate |
1:20.6 | versus illegitimate hurt. And the idea is that we're categorizing it by who sinned right like if somebody |
1:29.5 | sinned against us then we have legitimate reasons to be hurt like we should be |
1:33.4 | hurt you know like that's not a bad way to react to it that's a normal healthy |
1:39.4 | response to somebody who sinned against us yeah right so in my mind, I categorize those as legitimate hurts. |
