And I've got another really exciting episode for y'all today. Joining me on the podcast is

Scottie LaChuga, who is the overall 2021 Arkansas High Country Race winner and new women's FKT holder.

This year's Arkansas High Country was crazy.

She finished in five days, 10 hours, and 49 minutes, which is absolutely insane.

Scotty is no stranger to cycling or to the Arkansas High Country Race.

She's a former professional road cyclist who found her way to ultra endurance racing.

She's been on the podcast before with her husband and riding partner

Ernie Lachuga. After they set an FKT on the Arkansas High Country for couples, they did that in

five days and 18 hours and 24 minutes and then came back as a couple the next year in 2020

and almost took an entire day off that time.

So they did that in four days, 22 hours, and five minutes.

Her and her husband also own Natural State Rock and Republic, which we're going to talk about on today's episode,

what it is, what they do there, so I won't rehash it all right here. And they also run LeBorne coaching, and they teach other people

how to have successful cycling careers or even just how to enjoy cycling more. So she is a wealth

of knowledge and just a beautiful person, a personal hero of mine. And I was

really grateful that she was willing to meet up with me in Tulsa, Oklahoma. My fam and I were up in

Stillwater for the Truffle Shuffle, which was a great time. Shout out to all my Stillwater peeps. It was great to see a lot of

familiar faces and get to meet some new folks out there. It was a really great party on a bike.
