It was probably going to be a week or too late, but maybe we cut this up and put it out somewhere.

About what happened over the week, weekend you know everything has basically changed in the last couple days from

in the crossfit community. You know I made that post about what Greg said was wrong.

It doesn't matter politically where you stand on injustice and you know any of that stuff right left what he did was dehumanize up a

person and while the tweet was awful is terrible there's just a long line of different things

that have happened within the leadership at Cross Fit

that we can't stand with and we will not stand with.

So from this point forward, we will not be a cross-foot affiliate unless there is some major

change in the leadership of Cross-Fid HQ and by leadership change I mean Greg and so that's where we're at and we're not

going to discuss that any further because it's been awful the last couple days and

I don't want to talk about that anymore. So let's talk about something
