Jeff Watson is with me today. We're going to be talking about Dodd Frank. We've talked about

Dodd-Frank in the past, and I will link on today's show notes page to the time that Peter Wallace and joined us to talk

about this topic. But today we're talking about an aspect of Dodd-Frank that is not covered

very much, doesn't get much publicity that I certainly haven't discussed on the show, but about

which our guest, Jeff Watson, is an expert. I don't want to

steal his thunder, but I'll just say that Dodd-Frank is not only stripping property owners of

their liberties, but it's also undermining the sale of starter homes and affordable homes for

people who are finding that their finance options

have more or less dried up pretty much directly because of Dodd-Frank. So we're going to go

into exactly how that's happened in the episode today. Jeff Watson has had an active trial and hearing practice for more

than 25 years. He's also been a real estate investor since 1994, investing in both residential

and commercial properties. Jeff, welcome to the show. My pleasure to be with you. I had a
