Summary

Lisa's getting ready for her first big ski jump, and she feels a bit nervous!

Narrator: Male

Story Begins: 3:55

Snowy Slope Excerpt:
Bright sun sparkled on the fresh snow of Ahway Island’s ski slopes. The laughter of skiers young and old echoed across the mountain as they zipped down the hills or practiced their skills.

On this lovely winter day, Lisa stood at the top of the biggest hill she had ever faced.  She gripped her ski poles tightly with her mittened hands. This hill had a small dip and a smooth upward ramp at the bottom, designed to send skiers into the air. The jump ahead wasn’t very large by grown-up standards, but to Lisa, it looked enormous. This would be her first real jump.
Today’s Meditation: Love flows through you in this meditation as you imagine a baby fawn and mama deer.
