Floatie Friend Excerpt:
Daichiki Dolphin drifted near the surface of the water, watching the light dance beneath him. The sunshine made beautiful patterns that twinkled on the sandy bottom. Feeling energetic, the little dolphin twirled in a circle and then did a flip, leaping out of the water. When he came back down with a splash, Daichiki looked around to see if anyone saw his neat trick.

Nope.  No one seemed to be watching.  Daichiki peered over to where his dolphin pod liked to rest. Sure enough, most of his friends were relaxing. Some were floating peacefully with their eyes half-closed, while others were slowly paddling in sleepy circles.
Today’s Meditation: Imagine floating on a cloud, and relax into the feeling of lightness.

Hello, A-Way Islanders. We're so glad you're here. Let's see if you have everything you want to be calm on Awe Island. Are the lights in your room dim or off? Do you have your favorite blanket or listening buddy? Before we begin our story,

let's relax by taking a nice, deep, dragon breath. Breathe in through your nose, filling up your lungs,

and then out through your mouth, imagining you are breathing fire like a dragon.

Deep breath, in and out.

Today, we're going to relax our entire bodies.

First, wiggle all your toes, and then squeeze your toes together tight.

Now relax them.

Let's take another deep dragon breath in and out.
