Hey, folks, welcome to the adventure sports podcast. I am recording this right before I'm leaving for a two-day guided trip.

0:22.9

You know, you heard about my last guided trip in the last episode with Barry Cruz.

0:26.9

But today I'm actually, this past weekend, I took me and some friends, just invited a bunch of friends.

0:32.2

We took almost 40 people down some rivers in Florida, some paddleboarding.

0:36.8

You know, we've got a mixture of paddleboarding, canoeing, and kayaking.

Jack Fleckney, and we recorded it back in, geez, September, and I lost the file.

1:11.5

I don't know if you remember a couple months ago.

1:13.6

I lost like five or six of my episodes that I recorded my SD card corrupted, that I had

1:20.8

I didn't have any backups, unfortunately.

1:22.5

I just forgot to back those up.

1:24.4

And Jack was one of them.

1:26.0

He was gracious enough to re-record. And since we had

1:29.4

talked, he had done another adventure, which was to row across the Atlantic Ocean. So we talk a lot

1:35.7

1:40.5

expedition across Africa. It was almost like a triathlon across Africa, kayaking and biking
