We started fasting for life because of how fasting has transformed our lives and we hope to share the tools that we have learned along the way. Hey everyone, welcome to the fasting for life podcast. My name is Dr. Scott Waddier and I'm here as always with my good friend and colleague Tommy Welling good afternoon to you sir

Hey Scott how are you doing great my friend gonna have a good conversation today about one of the, I don't want to say largest, but one of the most talked about, most thought about, most routinely discussed health metrics that we have in our current system. And last week we did an

2:14.8

care premiums at work through your job, etc. And then we're actually going to shed some potential

2:22.3

light or some shade on the system that we currently have and put some food for thought out there in terms of some cholesterol numbers. Yeah, there absolutely is and I thought it was interesting where this

2:44.3

conversation came from because like you alluded to it can almost feel counterintuitive

2:49.7

where you get a recommendation potentially for a fast for 12 hours maybe before you go into to blood work to get you know physical or or
