| 0:00.0 | Hey, folks, welcome to the Adventure Sports Podcast. |
| 0:25.9 | I'm your host, Mason. |
| 0:27.4 | Today's episode is a throwback, but also it's kind of a weird episode. |
| 0:32.5 | We're replaying the first episode I was ever on with this podcast. |
| 0:37.0 | If you don't know the backstory, I was first |

| 1:19.9 | an adventure for themselves. |
| 1:21.4 | But if they did, that would prevent them |
| 1:23.5 | from also hosting the show. |
| 1:24.9 | So they needed someone to come in |
| 1:26.4 | who was entering a different phase of |
| 1:28.1 | life. I was almost starting to get more of an in a routine. I was in my mid-20s and getting ready to |
| 1:35.6 | pretty much settle in a little bit, start a family and whatnot. So it was perfect timing. The transition |
| 1:43.2 | went so great. They made it so easy for me, and I've been hosting |
