0:04.6	we're learning what could be some new clues in this desperate search to bring her home.
0:09.2	We do have team coverage on the case that's capturing the attention all across the country.

0:16.7	Yeah, first though, Daniel Woodruff with a police report we found out about.
0:20.3	There was filed in southern Utah.
0:22.4	Gabby and her boyfriend were traveling through Moa at the time as part of their cost country

0:29.0	Mark, two news obtained a copy of that police report from Moa from August 12th when Gabby
0:33.4	Petito and Brian Laundry were reported to be fighting near a store there.
0:38.3	Two officers responded and they detailed their interactions with the couple in that report.
0:43.1	Now one officer summed up his view of the situation saying quote, after evaluating
0:47.8	the totality of the circumstances, I do not believe the situation escalated to the level
0:53.0	of a domestic assault as much as that of a mental health crisis.
0:57.8	Now police stopped the couple at Arches National Park last month.
1:01.7	Officers say that Petito was crying uncontrollably saying that she'd been having more arguments
1:06.5	recently with her boyfriend, Brian Laundry, and that she was struggling with her mental
1:11.0	health.
1:12.1	Police say Laundry also detailed struggles that he was going through and said that he
1:16.2	had tried to separate himself from Petito when she went into a quote, manic state and tried
1:21.3	to slap him.
