And as I talked about last week, I think the answer is an unequivocal yes.

That's not because Christians should try to be overly political. It's because... because

important spiritual truths often become politicized.

That's the reason.

So I'm not saying that we should major on politics.

I think we should major on the kingdom of God

But you cannot avoid the reality that many times if you're gonna stand for God in the generation

You're gonna have to wait into controversial and often

politicized issues.

What I'm going to do today is we're going to look at biblical examples of this, of how

biblical figures stepped into these types of controversial

and politicized issues.

So there are old testament examples and there are new testament examples. I'm going to cover both, okay?

But today's episode is really going to focus on some of these clear examples.

So we're going to get into the scriptures and I just want to say for Christians, is mandatory okay the scriptures are our final

authority for understanding what's right or wrong and it's really our biblical

illiteracy in many cases that keeps us from recognizing things like
