We're talking to Johann Hari, who is the author of Chasing the Scream, the first and last days of the War on Drugs. Johann Hari is a widely published journalist. The blurbs on this book are just

out of this world. It's a tremendous book. It's going to give you a lot of anecdotal information

that will speak volumes, but also a lot of statistics. There's a lot of familiarity here with

academic studies. Everything you could ask for in a book on this subject. The human element,

the facts and figures, it's all there, and it's tragic and tremendous. I highly recommend
