Are you ready to rock Dry January alcohol-free?  I want to give you all the tips to make your Dry January fun, exciting, easy and (most importantly) a success.  Dry January is the act of giving up all forms of alcohol for the entirety of the first month of the year. That means no beer, spirits, wine, cocktails, or any other alcohol for 31 days.  Dry January began in 2012 as an initiative by Alcohol Change UK to “ditch the hangover, reduce the waistline and save some serious money by giving up alcohol for 31 days.” Millions of people now take part in the challenge each year.
