Hello everyone. How are you today? This is episode nine. I can hardly believe it.

Today we're going to talk about mindfulness again and again and again. But I want to use mindfulness a little bit differently today. I want you to look at it

differently than maybe we've looked at it so far because of all the tools that I've taught you.

Every single tool that I have taught you thus far really is about tuning into your body and into your mind and becoming aware of what's going on

without judgment. That is actually the definition of mindfulness. Basically, every single tool

that I've taught you so far is a mindfulness tool. And mindfulness is commonly described, right, as a non-judgmental awareness.

And it refers to a specific practice of consciously paying attention to what is happening

in your mind and your body in the moment without judging it. And this is the key, right, that we keep talking about

over and over and over again, this non-judgmental approach of observing yourself. Because you need to

know what you're doing in order to change it. And I think the way most of you guys have been so far is that when

you see yourself doing something and you don't like it, then you want to just tell yourself

how horrible you are and you feel really bad about yourself. And from that place of feeling bad,
